Sudder Farm - wagons on Gypsy Hill visible behind the trees.

The Sudder Farm, located near Gypsy Hill, is the smaller of the old farms of Windlebridge. The first owner, Amy Sudder, always called herself "Mrs Sudder" but no one ever met "Mr Sudder". Coming to the village with three children with doubious origins - two daugthers, Violet and Honey, and a son, Fredrick. Fredrick has a striking resemblance to the old sir Roderick Windleton - something that made the gossip run wild.. Maybe not a son, but a nephew.. Did the old landowner help Amy to obtain the farm? Where did she come from, really? Was it true that she was a madame of a house of bad reputation in her youth? So many questions. Now Amy Sudder is old, her daughters married well in the village, and her son is handling the farm...

Important events:

On the first evening of winter, Amy died - mourned by her son and grandsons. She had a long and adventurous life, with many secrets. But her old age gave her great satisfaction through her children and grandchildren, and she died happy.

Grim Reaper came for Amy. Surprisingly she left a substantial inheritance for her children and grandchildren - maybe there were some truth in those old stories about her youth?

.. and sadly enough, the grim reaper returned the next day for Johnny, who died way too young of illness. In the old sim times this happened more often.
(With the help of the hack in this thread on MATY.)

Finally, all plots were fertilized. Now they were ready for snow.
